1.00 c Fresh or frozen peas
3.00 tb Canadian bacon, finely cho
4.00 Leaves fresh Basil - finely
0.50 c Toasted almonds - optional
DRESSING
0.50 c Fat free mayonnaise
1.00 tb Apple juice concentrate
2.00 ts Rice vinegar
0.25 ts Garlic powder
0.25 ts Salt
White pepper to taste
