Apple Salad No.1 Recipe Ingredients :

2.00 lg Red delicious apples,
Cored but not peeled
0.67 c Canned crushed pineapple
Drained but juice reserved
0.50 c Diced celery
2.00 tb Raisins
0.25 c Unsweetened coconut
Optional
Dressing:
3.00 tb Low-fat yogurt
2 tsp. diet mayonnaise
1.00 tb Pineapple juice, from
Reserve
0.13 ts Grd. cinnamon


Apple Salad No.1 Recipe Instructions :

In medium bowl, combine the salad ingredients and
mix.
In small bowl combine the dressing ingredients and
mix well.
Add the dressing to the fruit mixture and blend.
Yield: * each 1/2 cup YIELD: * each 1/2 cup serving:
1/2 cup = 41 calories, 8 gm. cho., 0 gr. protein,
and 1 gr. fat.
EXCHANGES: 1/2 CUP = 1 FRUIT AND TRACE OF FAT.
