Broiled Crab Cakes Recipe Ingredients :

1 1/2 lb crabmeat, backfin, cartilage - and shells removed
2 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tbsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp minced onion
1 egg
1/8 tsp hot red pepper sauce


Broiled Crab Cakes Recipe Instructions :

Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Broil 6 inches from heat
source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately. This
recipe serves 6 people. Because this recipe is for a particular size pan,
it adjusts the number of servings only in multiples of 6.
