Alice's Best Chili Recipe




Alice's Best Chili Recipe Ingredients :

cooking spray, non-fat
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 cup cooked pinto beans
1 1/2 cup tomato juice
1 1/2 tsp chili powder


Alice's Best Chili Recipe Instructions :

Spray large saucepan with cooking spray. Lightly brown beef and onion.
Drain
any grease from pan. Add ketchup, water, celery, lemon juice, brown sugar,
worcesterchire sauce, salt, vinegar, and mustard. Cover pan and simmer
over
low heat for 30 minutes. Add beans, tomato juice, and chili powder. It is
ready to serve when thoroughly heated.
