6.00 ea Chicken breasts deboned an
1.00 lg Onion sliced
3.00 md Green peppers
3.00 Stalks celery
1.00 ts Salt
1.00 lg Can tomatoes
1.00 cn -6 oz. sliced mushrooms
2.00 tb Lemon juice


Chicken And Vegetables Recipe Instructions :

BROWN THE CHICKEN IN SMALL AMOUNT OF FAT IN A LARGE
SKILLET. POUR OFF ALL EXCEPT 3 TABLESPOONS FAT. PLACE
THE ONION OVER CHICKEN. CUT THE GREEN PEPPERS IN 1
INCH CHUNKS AND PLACE OVER ONION. SLICE THE CELERY IN
1 INCH PIECES AND PLACE OVER GREEN PEPPERS. ADD THE
SALT AND POUR TOMATOES OVER TOP. BRING TO A BOIL AND
COVER. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES. ADD THE
MUSHROOMS AND LEMON JUICE AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES
