Cottage Cheese-Vegetables Dunk Recipe Ingredients :

8 oz (2) cartons low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup low-fat american cheese, process shredded
3 tbsp low-fat yogurt, unsweetened plain
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp onion, minced


Cottage Cheese-Vegetables Dunk Recipe Instructions :

Combine cottage cheese, amreican cheese, yogurt, horseradish, pepper and
salt, in a medium bowl, stirring well. Gently, fold in green pepper and
onion. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve. NOTE: Serve
Cottage-Cheese Dunk with raw vegetables. Serving size: 2 TB. (Check
