Creamy Potato Casserole Recipe Ingredients :

1 lb frozen hash browns, thawed
1 10 3/4 oz. c cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream, fat-free
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, fat-free
2 tbsp Molly McButter®
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup crushed cornflake crumbs


Creamy Potato Casserole Recipe Instructions :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil a 2-quart casserole dish. In a large
bowl,
combine hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, butter, and pepper.
Pour
into casserole dish and top with cornflake crumbs. Bake for 35 to 45
minutes.
