Carrot Casserole Recipe




Carrot Casserole Recipe Ingredients :

2 cup carrots, mashed cooked
2 tbsp low-fat process american cheese (1/, 2 oz)
1 egg
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 vegetables cooking spray


Carrot Casserole Recipe Instructions :

Combine all ingredients, except cooking spray; stir well. Pour mixture into
a 1 1/2 casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325F for 40
minutes or until thoroughtly heated. Food Exchange per serving: 1/2 STARCH
