Broccoli & Pine Nuts Recipe




Broccoli & Pine Nuts Recipe Ingredients :

2 lb Fresh broccoli
1 tbsp Betty's Butter
3 tbsp Fresh lime juice
1/4 cup Toasted pine nuts(pignoli)


Broccoli & Pine Nuts Recipe Instructions :

Trim off fresh stems and cut broccoli into flowerets about 3" long.
Steam over boiling water until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Drain
and let dry on paper towels. In a non-stick skillet and stir-fry 3
minutes. Just before serving, toss pine nuts.
