Beef And Potato Pie Recipe Instructions :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 8- or 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Combine beef, onion powder, garlic powder worchestershire sauce, oats, egg, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, and salt and pepper (if desired). Mix well. Press mixture into pie plate and bake for 30 minutes.
Mash potatoes with butter, milk, and cheese. When beef dish has baked 30 minutes, remove from oven and spread potato topping oer meat. return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
